To the Staff of Air Ambulance Specialists: On March 10, 2003, my stepdaugher and I flew on a flight from Long Island, New York to Los Angeles on an air ambulance which your company provided. I am writing this letter to commend your pilots and flight nurses. Our flight nurses, Glenn and Mike, and the pilots were absolutely amazing and, under the circumstances with which we flew, they made it a wonderful experience. I had only flown one time prior to this and was absolutely terrified, and your people made us so comfortable. I would just like to extend my sincere thanks to you from the bottom of my heart. You could not possibly understand how thankful we are for everything your company has done for us. We will never forget your kindness.
